registration form and return with payment. You will receive email confirmation
upon receipt and final confirmation via email just before the start of classes. ENROLLMENT/MAKE-UP POLICY: If
a class does not meet the minimum enrollment (8) it will be cancelled and you
will be notified by phone. Usual class size ranges from 10 – 14. Classes with
larger enrollment will be divided and additional faculty assigned to ensure that
students receive individual attention. We will make every effort to find class
placement for all students. We do not offer make-up classes or refunds for
classes missed due to a child’s inability to attend. Students are always
welcome to make up missed time by auditing other classes. CURRICULUM: AFYP
presents a fun yet challenging curriculum. Some work is required outside of
class.Plans for the first class of each session include basic activities that
may be a review for more advanced students. This enables faculty to assess the
level of each actor and tailor the session’s class plans to suit the group’s
needs. PRESENTATION FORMAT: AFYP’s
focus is on “process” vs. “product.” Each class culminates in a final
sharing for families and friends, and parents will be invited to observe interim
classes on a designated date, to be announced early in the session. Parents are
welcome to observe for a few minutes on the first day of classes. REFUND POLICY: Cancellations
will be refunded less a $15 processing fee and the prorated amount of each class
attended, if any, as of the date of cancellation. Requests for refunds must be
made in writing. No refunds are issued after the completion of the second week
of class. RETURNED CHECK FEE:
